Piano, Dalcroze Eurhythmics
Kaeyllane DeLima is an accomplished Dalcroze-Eurhythmics certified music teacher with more than six years of experience in elementary and preschool education, as well as choral education and performance. She has also developed music curricula for elementary schools and has designed and implemented professional development workshops for preschool music teachers at Estácio de Sá University in Brazil.
As a music teacher at Nucleo Educacional Piaget, Ms. DeLima developed individual student curricula to promote student interest and receptive learning, as well as interactive learning mediums to increase student understanding of course materials. At NEP, Ms. DeLima also conducted the youth chorus and other ensembles.
As Minister of Music at Aracas Baptist Church, Ms. DeLima conducted the youth chorus in acapella and accompanied repertoire, and coached chamber music groups. She conferred with clergy to select repertoire for church services and accompanied parishioners during worship.
At Colegio Americano Batista Ms. DeLima conducted youth chorus and ensembles, and transcribed and taught repertoire in both English and Portuguese, adapting a variety of different types music for each ensemble.
Ms. DeLima holds a bachelors degree in Communications from FAESA University in Brazil, and licensure from UFES Brazil in Early Childhood Education and Dalcroze Eurhythmics.
